For Attorneys · Earn 25% + Your Own Fee

Register your clients' POAs.
Get paid for the authenticity you add.

Create and register a verified power of attorney for your client in one sitting. The verification record carries your name and telephone number as the registering attorney — added authenticity every bank and title company can see and call to confirm. Bill your client whatever you choose: POALock sends a payment link by email or text, keeps 75% of the base registry fee, and remits 25% of the registry fee plus 100% of your markup to your account. Your client — and only your client — holds the power to revoke.

Attorney Registration

Create & Register for a Client

Two ways to register: build a new instrument here — the verification barcode and code are placed directly beneath the signature line, so the executed page and the verification credential are one and the same — or register a power of attorney you have already drafted (including your own documents), recording its execution date, notary, and page count so relying parties can match the paper against the registration. Either way, you receive a limited attorney key (documents, riders, video, retrieval passwords — never revocation) and a one-time claim code to deliver to your client, who takes sole control of revocation the moment they claim.

Step 1 · Attorney of Record
Step 2 · What Are You Registering?

Create a New POA

Build the instrument here — the verification code is embedded in the document and printed directly under the signature line.

Register an Existing POA

You (or another drafter) already prepared the instrument. Register it, record its execution details, and print the signature & verification page, certificate, and page stickers.

Durable Power of Attorney

Effective immediately; not terminated by later incapacity.

Springing Power of Attorney

Effective only upon incapacity, certified by physician(s).

Florida caution: under Fla. Stat. § 709.2108, a springing power executed after October 1, 2011 is generally ineffective in Florida. A durable power is recommended for Florida principals.

Pre-launch preview — no payment is collected during the pilot; at launch, client payment triggers automatic remittance to your account.

Pre-launch preview & professional-responsibility note. Documents are drafts for the registering attorney's own review; execution formalities vary by state. Fee-sharing and referral arrangements between POALock and attorneys will be structured at launch to comply with applicable rules of professional conduct in each attorney's jurisdiction — review with ethics counsel. In pilot mode, registrations live in this browser and no payments are processed.
