For Principals

Register & Manage
Your Power of Attorney

Register an instrument you already have to get its verification code and printable rider — then control everything from one place: upload the executed document, issue retrieval passwords to the parties you choose, and declare the instrument revoked (or reinstate it) at any moment, with notice to the world.

Step One

Register an Existing Power of Attorney

Already have an executed power of attorney? Register it here to obtain a verification code and printable rider. To create a brand-new instrument with the verification language built in, use the POA builder.

If provided, the parties, execution date, witnesses, notary, and page count appear on every status check — so a relying party can confirm the paper in hand matches the registered instrument.

Attorney Created Your POA?

Claim Your Registration

If your attorney prepared and registered your power of attorney, they gave you a one-time claim code. Exchange it here for your own private management key — from that moment, only you can revoke or reinstate this instrument. Your attorney cannot.

Step Two

Manage a Registered Instrument

Enter your verification code and private management key to change the instrument's status, record its execution details, upload the executed document, issue retrieval passwords, or reprint the verification rider.

🎥 Capacity-confirmation video not included with your registration? Add it right here for — open your instrument below and use the Add Video Option button in the Capacity-Confirmation Video section, then record the principal answering the standard questions on camera.

Pre-launch preview. The registry currently runs in pilot mode: registrations live in this browser's local storage so the complete workflow can be demonstrated end-to-end. At launch, the same screens will operate against the registry's secure server, and codes will verify from any device in the world.
