Capacity-Confirmation Video

On the recording the principal should state their name, confirm they understand what they executed, confirm they acted free of duress, identify whom they appointed as agent, read out the powers (letters) they initialed, and affirm the document reflects their wishes. The video is stored with the registration as contemporaneous evidence bearing on capacity and voluntariness — it is disclosed only to parties holding a retrieval password, never by a bare status check. It is evidence, not a legal determination of capacity.
